Evaluation well yield and diagnosis system by dynamometer card is able to diagnose about two dozen of common working conditions in oil wells objectively and effectively. It identified pump diagram with combined methods of geometric features, differential curve, vector features, neural network. This software includes wellhead monitoring equipment system and diagnostic quantitative analysis system.Combining with the wellsite data remote transmission system researched by us, it can automatically monitore and read the wells conditions timely in 24 hours, and process diagnostic analysis and measurement through the base server.
(1)Oil well working conditions detection
Collect voltage, current, power, load, stroke rate, stroke distance, wellhead pressure, oil temperature, production rate, rotate speed, torque and patrol time and other production wells parameters in pumping wells, electric submersible pump wells and screw pump wells, and conduct analyse and diagnose.
(2)Injection well working conditions detection
Analyse and diagnose production parameters of injection wells such as wellhead pressure, temperature, water injection volume.
According to the collection, filtering and processing of the production parameters, it automatically generate a variety of production reports and production curve with the production needs.
(4)Production data analysis
Through analysis the formation pressure, flow pressure, containing water, fluid production, oil production, oil production capacity analysis, dynamic surface and other changes, it process the production forecasting, early warningand alarm.
By setting the alarm type and various alarms way (such as alarm information color, sound), the system can alarm timely for the well working condition and fault diagnosis results, also it can choose the alarms well range. All the computer terminal can receive the failure alarm timely by the ways of voice,color and flicker once finished installing the PES oil well working condition monitor and analysis system alarm software.
(6)Pumping well working conditions diagnostic
The software can diagnose the malfunction types such as pumping with spray, fixed valve stuck(can’t open), Pump severe wear(can’t close), rod break off, airlock, complete liquid strike, gas effect, lack of fluid, the plunger extrusion mandrel, fixed valve leakage, traveling valve leakage, liquid or mechanical friction, pump tube bending, pump touch up and down etc.
